The statement above, pretty much sums up our story in a literal sense. In the year 1980, we began with a Brick manufacturing business which later evolved into a real estate development company around 1991. Under the guidance of Mr. Sanjay Dalal the company prospered through the mid 90’s and experienced a very customer-driven expansion as customers formed relationships with Mr. Dalal and his team. Soon the company grew, becoming one of the largest developers real estate developers in Mumbai’s central suburbs. Dalal Buildcon is now led by his son Mr. Satej Dalal.
For over 25 years, we at Dalal Buildcon have proudly punctuated the skyline of Ambarnath and Badlapur delivering affordable life spaces. We have developed a total of 20 projects that account to 18 lacs sq. ft. of real estate. We have further 10 lacs sq. ft. of ongoing and planned development in Ambarnath, Badlapur, Neral and Ratnagiri regions which would translate to around 2000 units.
Motivation behind our quality construction, within the committed time frames; is the love and appreciation we’ve received over time from the 2500 happy families we possess as our customers.

Logo Philosophy
The entire logo is designed in Orange & Grey. The orange exhibits enthusiasm and creativity of the brand while the gray portrays our practicality at work. The logo forms an alphabet ‘D’ which is a monogram for Dalal. From a creative aspect, it also looks like a hand sign for “Beauty” where the index figure touches the tip of the thumb and rest of the fingers stand straight. It signifies, we not only emphasize on building a strong edifice but also take equal efforts on building it beautiful, something you can be proud of! Our building structures promise a smile on your face at first sight.
The logo is divided into three parts, the dark lower base represents the solid base given by Late Mr. Vasant Dalal, the middle part in a slightly lighter shade indicates the strong stability of the company and the top most part indicates taking company’s passion of reaching a new high with every project.
